God’s Love We Deliver is hiring a Program Services Client Navigator to enroll and engage eligible clients in its nutrition and healthcare services. The role handles high-volume inbound and outbound calls, phone and email support, client onboarding, eligibility and insurance verification, referrals, resource coordination, documentation, and follow-up with clients, caregivers, clinicians, and community partners. Candidates need 3–5 years of client- or patient-facing healthcare or social-services experience, intake experience, strong communication and organizational skills, customer service ability, client-database experience, and Microsoft Office proficiency; a relevant bachelor’s degree and CRM experience are preferred.
