Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Massachusetts (BBBSEM) is seeking a bilingual SPA/ENG Enrollment Coordinator to join their team. This entry-level, full-time position involves conducting thorough interviews, performing reference checks, assessing suitability for program participation, coordinating placements, documenting processes, advocating for participants, collaborating with staff, ensuring youth safety, and participating in community representation and diversity initiatives. Candidates must be able to travel to various sites and homes in the Boston area.
