Description

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Massachusetts (BBBSEM) is seeking a Program Services Coordinator - Match Support to join their team. This role focuses on providing ongoing match support to strengthen and maintain mentoring relationships between Bigs and Littles, identifying child safety issues, and documenting interactions. The coordinator will primarily support matches in the UMass Dartmouth program and community-based matches in eastern Massachusetts.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
Required Previous Experiences: One or more years of work experience, preferably in youth development, volunteer or program management, and/or education.
Commit to a minimum of 2-3 years in the role.
Preferred Qualifications: Comfortable working with and motivating a wide variety of people, including youth and adults, especially those from racially, ethnically, and socio-economically diverse urban and/or recent immigrant communities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Enthusiasm, creativity, a positive sense of humor, and a "can do" attitude.
Proven organizational and time management skills to handle a high volume of varied responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent strategic problem-solving abilities with a positive, "can do" attitude.
Knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Outlook & Teams.
