Description

The Coordinated Entry (CE) Data & Systems Specialist supports Nashville’s homelessness response system by maintaining accurate Coordinated Entry data, tracking referrals, updating participant records, processing HMIS notifications and interest-list requests, conducting data-quality checks, and providing technical assistance to partner agencies. The role also supports community coordination, assessments, housing and resource referrals, meetings, trainings, and special projects. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, with additional experience in human services, homelessness response, data management, or a related field potentially accepted in lieu of education at a 1:1 ratio.
