Description
The Program Specialist develops relationships with individuals, Supports Coordinators, candidates, and industry contacts; screens and interviews candidates; negotiates compensation; schedules and manages active Direct Support Professionals; coordinates onboarding and placement; and maintains client, family, and referral relationships. The role requires a valid driver's license and insured vehicle, strong communication and analytical skills, and preferably a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
