Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) is seeking a Program Specialist I to join their team. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with Hiring Managers, managing the entire requisition process, acting as a talent advisor, and supporting clients throughout the requisition fulfillment process to acquire quality talent efficiently. Responsibilities include assisting with various aspects of contract labor acquisition, demonstrating recruitment expertise, documenting interactions, monitoring performance against SLAs, providing constant communication with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth worker assignment and onboarding processes.
