CLEAResult is hiring a Program Specialist to support Iowa residential energy-efficiency programs from Iowa or Illinois. The role provides day-to-day program operations support, customer and partner communications, documentation, data entry and tracking, Excel analysis, reporting, issue resolution, timeline oversight, and process improvement. Candidates should have 3–6 years of relevant experience, preferably a bachelor’s degree, strong Microsoft Office, writing, reporting, and customer service skills, and the ability to work independently.
