The role supports administrative operations and program delivery through data validation, reporting, stakeholder coordination, launch testing, user acceptance testing, process documentation, issue resolution, change management, and continuous improvement. Candidates should have 3–6 years of relevant industry experience, strong organizational and communication skills, Microsoft Office and Excel formula proficiency, and a minimum typing speed of 65 words per minute. The compensation range is $48,800–$66,300 USD annually, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
