Larkin Street Youth Services is hiring a full-time Program Specialist (Emergency Housing) for its Lark Inn Shelter in San Francisco. The role screens applications, interviews clients, conducts weekly check-ins, manages hotel and client agreements, maintains budgets, handles damages and deposits, and serves as a liaison between clients and hotel management. It also includes crisis de-escalation, life-skills training, harm reduction, client assessment, data entry, facility upkeep, and advocacy for youth entering the program. The position is 100% onsite, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional holiday work, and pays $25.00–$26.37 per hour plus a bilingual incentive.
