Description
The Program Specialist/Supervisor oversees one or more residential programs and manages Quality Management and Incident Management activities for Laurel House, Inc. The role ensures regulatory compliance, ISP implementation, individual skill development, staff training and scheduling, incident investigation and trend analysis, risk management, and coordination with families and county or state agencies. It also includes on-call responsibilities and the ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds.
