Description
The Night Ministry is hiring a Program Specialist to provide day-to-day care and support for program clients, residents, and their children in a family-centered housing and parenting program. The role includes intake, documentation, resident supervision, safety and emergency response, life-skills coaching, referrals, transportation, and coordination with case management and volunteers. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, recent experience with at-risk youth, a current driver's license, proof of insurability, and completion of specified training; crisis intervention and first aid/CPR training are preferred. The position follows evening, weekend, and holiday schedules and pays $18.00–$20.00 per hour.
