Passavant Memorial Homes is hiring a full-time Program Specialist in the Rochester/Coraopolis area to manage and oversee the safety, well-being, activities, community integration, and Individual Plan processes for individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, mental health, and behavioral health needs in a residential setting. The role supervises Direct Support Professionals, coordinates program activities, maintains attendance and payroll records, ensures budgetary compliance, and supports IP development and regulatory compliance. Candidates must have supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, and experience with 6400 regulations, along with one of three education-and-experience pathways. The position offers $75,000 annually, health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement benefits, and a $7,500 sign-on bonus for eligible hires.
