Supportive Concepts for Families is hiring a full-time Program Specialist to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential and community-based services. The role manages a caseload of up to 30 individuals, completes regulatory and program documentation, coordinates with supports coordinators, families, agencies, and service providers, monitors safety and participation, supports medical and behavioral needs, and leads or assists with evaluations, licensing, training, and crisis response. Candidates need an associate degree or 60 credit hours with four years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree with two years of relevant experience, along with strong communication, documentation, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
