Resources for Human Development is hiring a full-time Program Specialist – Lifesharing in Pennsylvania to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism through person-centered planning, Individual Support Plans, service quality monitoring, assessments, documentation, provider coaching, interdisciplinary collaboration, incident management, and compliance with Pennsylvania Chapters 6100 and 6500. The role requires one of several education-and-experience combinations, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel throughout Pennsylvania, with evening, weekend, holiday, and on-call availability.
