Verland is hiring a Program Specialist for its Residential locations in the CLA division, serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role is a salaried, exempt, 24/7 on-call position responsible for advocating for individuals, developing and supervising Individual Support Plans, coordinating services and documentation, monitoring progress and medication, training staff, and supporting medical follow-up. Candidates must have specialized training or one year of relevant experience, along with the education and experience combinations specified, a valid driver’s license, and required clearances.
