The Program Specialist II performs moderately complex consultative and technical assistance work for the Career Schools and Colleges department of the Texas Workforce Commission. The role involves program planning, policy and procedure analysis, compliance monitoring, research, reporting, program evaluation, technical assistance, and coordination with staff, government agencies, community organizations, and the public.
