Description
The Awards and Degrees Program Specialist – Logistics, Operations & Event Delivery leads the planning, coordination, and execution of National FFA’s competitive awards and degree events across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats. The role owns the full operational lifecycle, including venue and space logistics, schedules, equipment, inventory, vendor coordination, on-site operations, volunteer recruitment and supervision, budget stewardship, and post-event evaluation. It requires a bachelor’s degree, event management or hospitality and tourism background, at least six years of relevant experience, competitive events delivery experience, and knowledge of project management tools and event systems.
