The Enrichment Program Specialist develops, implements, and oversees enrichment programs for children, teens, and adults, including chess instruction, curriculum planning, activity facilitation, participant adaptation, and progress tracking. The role requires a high-school diploma or equivalent, strong chess fundamentals, and experience in program development, education, or recreation; experience with diverse age groups and multilingual skills are preferred.
