Description
The Program Specialist I manages the full lifecycle of contract labor requisitions for client organizations, coordinating hiring managers, staffing suppliers, contract personnel, vendors, and security. Responsibilities include requisition intake, sourcing, candidate shortlisting, onboarding, worker assignment management, time and expense tracking, SLA monitoring, reporting, issue resolution, and documentation. The role requires customer-facing experience, at least one year of customer service experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Office. It is open to North American locations outside California, Colorado, New Jersey, New York, Washington, and Maryland, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, insurance, and other benefits.
