The role is a salaried, exempt, 24/7 on-call position based in Upper St Clair, Pennsylvania, and involves advocating for individuals, developing and supervising Individual Support Plans, coordinating services and documentation, monitoring progress and medications, training staff, and supporting medical care. Candidates need specialized training or one year of relevant experience, along with a qualifying degree and experience combination, clearances, and a valid driver’s license.
