Description
The Program Specialist II manages the full lifecycle of contract labor requisitions for clients, including intake, sourcing, shortlisting, onboarding, worker assignment management, time and expense tracking, offboarding, reporting, and supplier performance. The role coordinates with hiring managers, staffing vendors, security, and other partners; coaches suppliers; monitors SLAs and vendor compliance; and maintains CRM and reporting systems. It requires high-volume coordination experience, at least two years of industry, recruiting, or staffing experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and a hybrid onsite arrangement in Jacksonville, Florida; Troy, Michigan; or Tempe, Arizona.
