Description
The Program Specialist II supports the Training and Quality Assurance Team within Montgomery County’s Division of Fleet Management Services. The role administers employee training, onboarding, certifications, quality inspections, records, reports, SOPs, and related program activities; coordinates with supervisors, employees, vendors, instructors, and other county departments; and works on assigned shifts for a 24/7 operation with possible travel. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, two years of Fleet Management Operations experience, and a valid Class A or B commercial driver’s license with Passenger and Air Brake endorsements.
