Aspire Public Schools is hiring a Special Education Program Specialist for the Bay Area Region to support special education staff, coordinate IEPs, provide curriculum and instructional leadership, ensure IDEA compliance, supervise special education team members, support families, manage difficult cases, and facilitate professional development. The role requires a master’s degree, a California Education Specialist Credential and CLAD certification or a related service provider credential, and at least five years of special education leadership experience, with supervisory experience recommended. Compensation is $115,148–$147,818, with benefits including core health coverage, paid time off, retirement participation, tuition reimbursement, and adoption assistance.
