Description
The Community Youth Center of San Francisco is hiring a full-time Program Specialist for its YAWL Workforce Development Program serving youth ages 16–24. The role coordinates employment-readiness workshops, career counseling, job search and placement support, GED and tutoring services, employer partnerships, community outreach, and program documentation. It reports to the Program Coordinator, pays $26.00–$30.00 per hour plus benefits, and requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, two years of youth experience, workshop-facilitation experience, and strong communication and organizational skills; bilingual Spanish/Chinese/English ability is preferred.
