The role handles subcontractor setup and work assignments, timesheet administration, funding and burn-rate monitoring, invoicing, purchase orders, change orders, contract documentation, budget analysis, and issue resolution. It requires Deltek Costpoint proficiency, strong organization and communication, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, and at least two years of experience with budget analysis, funding tracking, or burn-rate monitoring in a contract or program environment.
