Description
The Program Supervisor 1 provides leadership and operational oversight for an assigned supportive housing program, coordinating daily operations, community partnerships, staffing, schedules, HMIS data, compliance, and program development. The role supervises Shift Supervisors, Counselors, and relief staff; supports case management, crisis counseling, de-escalation, and referral services; and works with the Program Manager and agency leadership. It requires a Monday-through-Friday schedule from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., at least two years of human-service experience in housing instability or supportive housing, and preferred direct-supervision and case-management experience. The position pays $37.50 per hour and includes medical, dental, vision, prescription, disability, life, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
