Description
The Program Supervisor directly supervises Lead Case Managers, Case Managers, and Community Health Workers through quality assurance, productivity monitoring, chart audits, client-service oversight, referrals, health education, and compliance with state and federal requirements. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, two years of supervisory experience, First Aid and CPR certification, a valid Texas driver’s license, reliable transportation, and successful drug and background screening. It is a full-time position requiring availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, and applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
