Gardner Health Services is hiring a full-time Program Supervisor for its Adult/Older Adult Division of the Behavioral Health Department in San Jose, California. The role oversees clinical staff and the development of the Adult/Older Adult Continuum of Care program, provides assessments and crisis intervention, and supervises counseling staff. Candidates need a master’s degree in behavioral science, at least two years of related experience working with dually diagnosed clients, and the ability to supervise difficult clients; a California LCSW or LMFT license is preferred and must be obtained within two years of hire or promotion. Compensation is $98,700 to $110,000 annually, with health, dental, vision, retirement, life insurance, education reimbursement, and paid time off benefits.
