Viability is hiring a full-time Program Supervisor for its Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and Late Deafened supported living program in Holyoke, Massachusetts, with regular travel to the Berkshires. The role manages and supervises program staff, supports program operations and budgeting, and provides office and program backup. Applicants must be fluent in American Sign Language, have a bachelor’s degree with seven years of related experience or a master’s degree with five years of related experience, and meet driving and travel requirements. The position offers a $500 sign-on bonus, health, dental, and vision insurance, and other benefits.
