BHSN is hiring an Apartment Program Supervisor to oversee the daily operations, staffing, admissions, discharges, funding, safety, care coordination, and resident services of its 45-bed Breakthrough II Apartment Treatment Program. The role supervises administrative assistants, peer engagement specialists, crisis intervention specialists, case managers, and interns; collaborates with nursing, finance, compliance, and external agencies; and supports residents with mental health and substance use needs. It is a Monday–Friday day-shift position requiring human-services education or experience, case management, crisis de-escalation, supervisory management, Microsoft Office, reliable transportation, physical ability to move residents, a valid New York State driver’s license, and CPR and NARCAN certification within 60 days of employment.
