Description
The PC Program Supervisor coordinates and supervises staff serving vulnerable refugees and refugee beneficiaries, oversees case assignments and service delivery, supports medical and behavioral health coordination, manages referrals and eligibility, maintains documentation, represents the program with funders and community partners, and provides quality-improvement and staff-development oversight. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent with at least five years of relevant experience, or a related bachelor’s degree with at least one year of relevant experience; supervisory experience is desirable and bilingual ability is preferred. The position is primarily office-based with frequent travel and limited work-from-home, and offers a starting hourly rate of $20 plus benefits.
