Description
The role oversees Centers For Family Development, Inc.’s School Success Initiative and Project AWARE youth and families, managing grant and Medicaid compliance, billing, authorizations, reporting, program operations, and clinical quality. It includes weekly clinical supervision, staff credentialing oversight, case-file and electronic-system reviews, crisis support, training, and coordination with schools, families, and community partners. The position requires a master’s degree in human services or a related field, current Michigan licensure, and experience in school-based mental health, prevention and treatment, child and adolescent development, evidence-based practices, therapy supervision, assessment, documentation, care coordination, and suicide-risk intervention.
