Chimes is hiring an entry-level program supervisor to supervise, train, coach, discipline, and evaluate direct-support staff; verify attendance and treatment; manage staffing; assess adaptive equipment; document incidents; use crisis intervention; support staff development; reduce turnover; inspect program areas; and ensure compliance with DOL regulations. The role requires an associate degree, two years of supervisory experience, a flexible schedule, and an acceptable driving record; a bachelor’s degree in a related area is preferred.
