This entry-level supervisory role oversees a group of direct-support staff and persons served in a program supporting people with intellectual and behavioral challenges. Responsibilities include supervising, training, coaching, disciplining, evaluating, staffing, documenting incidents, using crisis intervention, developing staff, reducing turnover, inspecting program areas, and ensuring compliance with DOL regulations. The position requires an associate degree, two years of supervisory experience, a flexible schedule, and an acceptable driving record; a bachelor’s degree in a related area is preferred.
