Description
Program Supervisor role in Community Services Group’s Adult Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities services, responsible for the daily operation of community homes or community-based programs, supervising direct support staff, coordinating schedules and services, maintaining safety and records, managing funds and supplies, and supporting self-determination for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The position is full-time, requires working all three shifts and participating in on-call rotation, and includes paid orientation plus health and retirement benefits.
