Dungarvin is hiring a Program Supervisor in Dungarvin to coordinate and manage daily operations of assigned intellectual and developmental disabilities programs. The role combines hands-on direct care with supervision, including monitoring service delivery, staffing shifts, employee training, monthly staff meetings, mentoring, and supporting individuals with daily living tasks. It is an entry-level supervisory position requiring at least two years of IDD field experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and a successful background clearance. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with starting pay of $11.25 per hour and medical, vision, and dental insurance for full-time employees.
