Description
The Program Supervisor provides daily supervision and oversight of employees at assigned programs, coordinates and monitors services for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities or complex medical needs, ensures direct-service shifts are filled, trains staff, conducts monthly meetings, and offers hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance. The role also supports accurate documentation, program implementation, regulatory compliance, and the comfort, safety, and personal growth of individuals served.
