Description
Dungarvin is hiring a Program Supervisor to provide daily supervision and oversight of employees at assigned programs, coordinate and monitor services for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities or complex medical needs, ensure direct-service shifts are filled, train staff, conduct monthly meetings, support individual outcomes, and assist with daily living tasks. The role requires a valid driver's license, transportation of persons served, a high school diploma or GED, and computer and communication skills; a related two-year degree or two years of developmental-disabilities field experience with supervisory experience is preferred. The wage is $17.75 per hour, with medical, vision, dental, supplemental, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits for eligible employees.
