Description
Dungarvin is hiring a Program Supervisor for its Muncie locations to provide daily supervision of employees, coordinate and monitor services for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities or complex medical needs, ensure direct-service shifts are filled, train staff, conduct meetings, assist with daily living tasks, and maintain documentation and regulatory compliance. The role pays $17.75 per hour, runs Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with on-call responsibilities, and requires a valid driver's license, transportation ability, a high school diploma or GED, and computer skills; a related two-year degree or two years of developmental-disabilities field experience with supervisory experience is preferred.
