Description
The Program Supervisor provides daily supervision and oversight of employees at assigned programs, coordinates and monitors services for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities or complex medical needs, ensures direct-service shifts are filled, trains staff, conducts monthly meetings, and supports individual outcomes. The role also includes hands-on assistance with daily living tasks, documentation, communication, and compliance with regulatory standards. A valid driver's license, ability to transport persons served, minimum age of 18, and a high school diploma or GED are required; a related two-year degree or two years of developmental-disabilities field experience with supervisory experience is preferred.
