Easterseals Blake Foundation is seeking a Program Supervisor for their Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health program in Tucson, AZ. The supervisor will oversee the Smart Support team, coordinate program activities, and ensure alignment with model fidelity and contractual requirements. They will also focus on supporting young children's social and emotional health by empowering adult caregivers. Key responsibilities include acting as a resource on early childhood development, completing technical assistance plans, collaborating with childcare providers, delivering training, adhering to ethical codes, responding to staff concerns, reviewing progress notes, generating reports, recommending improvements, and providing administrative and supervisory functions.
