Hawaiʻi Behavioral Health is hiring a DDD Program Supervisor in Big Island, Hawaiʻi to support the Program Manager with daily operations of the Developmental Disabilities Division. The role oversees staffing, onboarding, training, quality assurance, service coordination, employment services, compliance, and performance coaching for Service Supervisors and Direct Service Workers, while also providing coverage or substitution when needed. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in social services or a related field, at least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities, prior experience with participants who have significant social, communication, and behavioral needs, and strong clinical, communication, and Microsoft Office skills.
