HousingPlus is hiring a full-time Program Supervisor in Brooklyn, New York, to oversee scattered-site and/or congregate permanent supportive housing programs. The role supervises case managers and support staff, ensures regulatory and reporting compliance, coordinates service delivery and participant recruitment, supports hiring and onboarding, conducts supervision and team meetings, provides crisis intervention, and maintains data and quality-assurance activities. The position requires experience in supportive housing and related populations, strong communication and organizational skills, Microsoft Office and electronic case management proficiency, and either a master's degree in social work or a related field with three years of supervisory experience, or a bachelor's degree in health or social services with five years of supervisory experience. Compensation is $72,000–$75,000, with medical, dental, vision, flexible spending, commuter, and 403(b) matching benefits.
