Kyo is hiring full-time Program Supervisors to deliver play-based, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism and to train, mentor, and coach Behavior Therapists and caregivers. The role collaborates with a BCBA on assessments, treatment planning, goal development, and client documentation, with 50% of hours allocated to supervision duties. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree, ABA education, and at least two years of experience working with children with developmental disabilities using ABA principles, along with weekday availability, reliable transportation, technology skills, and the ability to pass background checks. The position offers a $2000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and pay of $24.50 per hour for direct therapy and $28.50 per hour for supervision duties.
