Kyo is hiring full-time Program Supervisors to deliver play-based, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism and to train, mentor, and coach Behavior Therapists and caregivers. The role collaborates with a BCBA on assessments, treatment planning, goal development, and client documentation, with 50% of hours allocated to supervision duties. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, ABA education, and at least two years of experience working with children with developmental disabilities; weekday afternoon availability and reliable transportation are required. The position offers $28 per hour for direct therapy and $30 per hour for supervision duties, along with a $2,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, paid training, and medical, vision, dental, and life insurance benefits.
