Pacific Quest is hiring a Program Supervisor to lead residential staff and residents in a therapeutic mental healthcare setting for adolescents and young adults. The role manages assigned locations, schedules and performance of staff, resident care and sleeping arrangements, risk assessment, crisis intervention, treatment-plan implementation, compliance, and direct-care coverage as needed. It requires a bachelor’s degree or 1–3 years of experience with adolescents and young adults in therapeutic settings, CPR/First Aid certification, CPI certification, and the ability to work four-day shifts averaging 45 hours per week, with possible overtime, on-call rotation, and overnight stays.
