Description
The role is an on-site residential treatment program supervisor responsible for supervising and evaluating staff, overseeing referrals, intake, admissions, resident care coordination, clinical documentation, OASAS and managed-care compliance, utilization reviews, insurance authorizations, program data, and quality improvement. The position reports to the Program Director and requires a qualified health professional, CASAC Advanced or Master Counselor, and/or LMSW, LMHC; at least three years of substance use disorder treatment or residential services experience including supervisory experience; knowledge of OASAS regulations and electronic health record systems; and a valid New York State driver’s license.
