Description
The Program Supervisor oversees a single residential, vocational, or day program and supervises Direct Support Professionals while also providing direct support. Responsibilities include program operations, person-centered planning, compliance, health care, medication and dietary support, staffing, training, evaluations, incident and billing documentation, financial and census management, and maintenance of the living environment. The role works flexible shifts, including Tuesdays through Fridays and every other Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., pays $19 per hour, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related work experience, a valid driver's license, and a clean motor vehicle record.
