REM Community Services, part of the Sevita family, is hiring a Program Supervisor for intellectual and developmental disability services. The role supervises caregivers, helps implement Individual Service Plans, supports individuals with daily activities, medication administration and personal care, coordinates hiring, training and scheduling, and facilitates community outings and transportation. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related experience, a driver's license, vehicle registration and auto insurance, plus strong communication and organizational skills. Full-time, part-time, and as-needed schedules are available at $17.50 per hour.
