D&S Community Services is hiring a full-time Program Supervisor in Chad, Longview, Texas, at $11.50 per hour with on-call responsibilities. The role supervises Direct Support Professionals and manages a residential, vocational, or day program serving 4–8 individuals in residential settings or 10–15 individuals in periodic, vocational, or day programs. Responsibilities include direct support, program planning, compliance, health care, medication administration, scheduling, training, evaluations, staffing, financial and census management, and maintenance of the living environment. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related work experience, a valid driver’s license with a one-year clean driving history, and the ability to perform heavy physical work.
